Groundbreaker arose due to high housing costs in California. Partnering was the most feasible option. Now,  Groundbreaker is expanding this concept to more states and a wider set of investors.   ​

Groundbreaker’s core strategy is revealed in the name “Groundbreaker Club LLC”. A club is an informal and flexible group of individuals that share common goals and agree to baseline rules of club operation.

Tactics

Groundbreaker achieves the strategy with multiple tactics: 
  • Build a club of real estate investors, sellers, buyers, financers, and service providers.

  • Assist distressed property owners to find an exit that works for them.
 
  • Present a diverse set of opportunities to the club rather than just a single large investment.
 
  • Provide a fun and educational experience along the way! 

Investments

Overview

​Most often, Groundbreaker’s process starts with notes and distressed mortgage investments. These investments often provide good opportunities for a favorable outcome. 
Exit Strategies

​The exit strategies per investment will vary but will most likely contain one or more of the following:
 
  • Refinancing the note where feasible

  • Selling the property via foreclosure auction.

  • Fix and Flip

  • Fix and Rent
